If number of guests at check-in time is higher than the number of guests in the booking, the guest will have to pay for the additionnal guests before the checkin.

Outside Chef/cooking staff/caterers not allowed in the villa, our cooking staff is there for you.

Order for Check-in dinner : minimum 3 days before check-in.

Smoking in the bedrooms is not allowed.

Thanks for using ashtrays in the living-room and outside if you smoke.

Thanks for respecting the accomodation and neighborhood.

Thanks for not being noisy after 10pm.

Special Banjar's authorization for music till 12am, from Rp. 5 000 000 fee.

Flower carpet in the pool not allowed, any problem to fix with pool filter, color of the water issue will be charged.

Any damage in the villa will be subject to additionnal charge
